trinity hospice overlooking the beauty of clapham common was jeannies final home for 4 weeks as she travelled on her final journey, they looked after her so well and made her final weeks so comfortable we hope that should anyone want to give to charity in her name I am sure trinity hospice would be acceptable and chosen by jeannie.
